Caregiver responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with personal care services such as oral care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming Medication reminders Light housekeeping including laundry, dishes and vacuuming Planning, preparing and serving meals Assistance with transfers, walking and physical activity Assistance with transportation to appointments, activities, errands, and shopping Providing companionship and cheerful, positive assistance at all times Governess responsibilities may include: Care, guidance and management of child/children Pro-active role in planning activities, i.e. school run and activities, running the home, holiday/summer Camp coaching, etc Development of the child’s independence i.e. Help manage personal belongings, bedrooms, play areas, school work, as well as family, personal and leisure time (not domestic duties) Ensure, manage and promote the child’s health, safety and hygiene Manage education (including tutors), communications with school, progress reporting and assessment May be responsible for recruiting and supervising the household/domestic staff, i.e., Cook, Nanny, etc Executive/Personal Assistant responsibilities may include: Proactive leader within CLIENT’s Administrative Support Team, work on company-wide projects, plan events and back up peers as needed Main responsibilities include Managing an extremely active calendar, the CLIENT’s day-to-day schedule, and special events Managing correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CLIENT Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CLIENT, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Welcoming guests and creating a professional, responsive, collegial relationship with all those who engage with the CLIENT’s office Coordinating and managing travel arrangements Managing accounts and expenses, processing payments, and producing financial reports Managing contact databases Managing electronic and physical files and documents Managing the CLIENT’s product inventory and coordinating shipments on his behalf Assisting with special events and projects as needed To join our winning team, kindly send your resume and a short profile to contact@greatjasmine.com.ng
